Blood Omen 2

In 2002 Crystal Dynamics and Eidos took a break with Raziel and developed Blood Omen 2, placed a few centuries after the end of Blood Omen and several ones before the begin of Soul Reaver.

In Blood Omen 2 we can see the young Kain from the Blood Omen. It's practically the direct sequel of Blood Omen. A linear chapter splited action game to introducing new enemies that filled a hole in the long time passed since Kain refused the sacrifice and conquered Nosgoth.

Some years after Kain refused the sacrifice, he led a vampire army against a mysterious enemy who strived for the conquer of Nosgoth. At the final battle, Kain was defeated and the most of the remains vampires joined the winner or were killed. However a few vampires rescued Kain and took care of him.

Two centuries after Kain awoke amnesiac the coma he was and observed how his enemy, the Sarafan, ruled Nosgoth. Then with the help of a young vampire woman, Kain begin to remember what happened with him and decides to fight again to snach Nosgoth from his enemy hands.
